It’s been a long week, but on a positive note the combination of holes in the roof and shit loads of dust can look very beautiful when the sun comes out!
We are thinking about re-purposing some of the joists that came out of the loft floor as hand rails for the stairs. The shape of them is amazing, hard to believe they were joists!
Jasper is so over the building work already… I know how he feels.
The landing looks so much better than last weekend. I was also thinking you need more interesting handrails – those would be brilliant, even better to be repurposing something from the house!!
Does it really? Thank god for that. And at least we will have lovely handrails…!
